Directions to the Fair
Coming from Thunder Bay: follow Highway 11/17 west. Turn left to Stanley (Hwy 588). Turn right to Hymers (Hwy 595) and follow the signs.
Coming from Winnipeg/Atikokan: Follow Highway 11/17 East to Kakabeka Falls. Just before the village and bridge over the Kaministiquia river, turn right onto Highway 590 to Nolalu. Turn left onto Highway 595 to Hymers and follow the signs.
If you use GPS to get to the Fair, enter 47 Hymers Fair Drive, Kakabeka Falls, Ontario as the address.

Catch the bus to the Hymers Fair
Cost of the bus is $5 round trip per person
Family Rate: Family of 5 or more (children must be 16 and under) $20

County Fair Plaza Dollarama Area – 11.00 AM
Thunder Bay Community Auditorium – 11:15 AM
Canadian Lakehead Exhibition – Heritage Building – 11:30 AM
Arthur Street Marketplace – 11:45 AM
Approximate arrival at the Fairgrounds – 12:15 PM
Sunday departure from the Fairgrounds – 5:30 PM
Monday, departure from the Fairgrounds – 4:30 PM
No Reservations Required
Cash Bus Fare will be collected upon arrival at the Fair, and a ticket will be given to you for your return ride.

Seniors $5 (65+)
Children 6-12 $5 or $1 with a sunflower or zucchini
Children 5 & under, Free

Where can I stay overnight ?
Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park offers tent and RV camping facilities. The town of Kakabeka Falls also has motels and restaurants, 19 Km from the fairgrounds.
How can I get to the Fair?
Hymers Fairgrounds are located a short distance from the Trans Canada Highway 11/17 via 588, 590, and 595.
The address for your GPS is 47 Hymers Fair Drive, Kakabeka Falls, Ontario.
There is ample free parking beside the fairgrounds if you drive, there is also a bus from select locations in Thunder Bay. See above on this page for more information.
How can I pay for a ticket?
Tickets are available at the Fair Grounds, at any of the five gates.
What is on the program?
Be prepared to have a lot of fun! We have an entertainment program on two stages. As this is a rural agricultural fair, there are many contests and exhibits as well. Be ready for some great food, friends, and fresh air!
